AdmitifyAI provides an AI-powered college admissions guidance platform that offers admissions predictions, college recommendations, and related services to assist users in the college application process.

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks.

7. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By providing content to the platform, you grant AdmitifyAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.
8. No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ADMITIFYAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADMITIFYAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdmitifyAI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ashburn, Virginia.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AdmitifyAI regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
